The Great Wall

The Great Wall... of Arches National Park, not China. I was out one morning trying to get a shot of the petrified dunes when I turned around and caught this scene. I hurried to adjust the settings on my camera before the color vanished form the clouds. Originally put in my cut pile, this has turned out to be one of my favorite shots... I love the interplay of warm light against cold light and the color in the clouds appears to be emanating from the split in the rocks below it.
