Fine Art Prints
Contained within the

section of this web site are images available for purchase as fine art
prints. Information for purchasing a print is contained in the
individual image pages as well as on the
Ordering
Info page. These are all images I made myself on various field
trips. They are, for the most part, images of nature and wildlife.
Sports
Photography: I am available to shoot various sporting events around
the area. Please feel free
to visit my
sports page
and browse through the events and contact me if you have an assignment
you need filled. I am available to go just about anywhere, with adequate
notice. For youth sports, I will be posting more information for parents
wishing to purchase images of their child at a later date, as well as
handing out info at events I am shooting. Please feel free to contact me
directly if you are having problems locating your event/child.

Contract Photo Assignments
My schedule is usually fairly flexible so I can generally be available
on short notice. My fees are based on what the market will bear and are
completely negotiable. I am available for just about any type of
assignment, foreign or domestic, and especially enjoy travel photography
and photojournalism. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your
assignment or check my upcoming
travel schedule to see if it coincides with your needs.
Stock Photos
In the Stock section of this site will be images I offer for
publication in various magazines, books, etc. If you are interested in
using my work in your publication, please browse the
Stock List
section to get a general idea of my work and feel free to call or email
me at any time to discuss your needs and arrange the terms. All stock
works are offered solely on a one-time use basis unless otherwise
negotiated. Pricing for stock photos is based on what the market will
bear and is completely negotiable.

Guarantee
Although all the materials I use have the highest possible archival
ratings, I cannot guarantee stability or longevity.
Actual print
stability and longevity will vary according to image, display
conditions, light intensity, humidity, atmospheric conditions, and
post-printing treatments. For maximum print life, display all prints
under glass or lamination, or properly store them.
All prints are
carefully inspected prior to packaging. However, if you receive your
print and discover that something was missed or that damage occurred
during shipping, contact me immediately. Within 7 days of receiving the
print, return shipping will be provided and a replacement print will be
shipped out promptly. If you have a problem with your print at any time
after 7 days, contact me and the print will be replaced as follows:
Ship the print back to me at your
own cost. Then:
If it is determined that the
problem is in no way the customer's fault, the print will be replaced
free of charge. You pay only the cost to return the original print to
me.
If it is determined that the
problem was due to negligence or being improperly displayed, or was
damaged by some other factor not within my control, the print will be
replaced at the original price paid, regardless of any price increases,
which is the standard reprint fee. You will also pay to have the new
print shipped back to you. You must present your original receipt to
receive this offer. If you cannot produce the receipt, and I cannot
locate the information myself, you will be charged the current price.
In either case, I must have the
original print back in my possession before I will ship out the
replacement.
Under no circumstances will the
customer be reimbursed for framing charges. So please, check the print
for any problems PRIOR to having it framed.
